Check-in and check-out time

As a general rule, and unless otherwise expressly agreed with the establishment, the rooms may be used from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure.

Book with Free Cancellation

• Payment: payment for your reservation will be made directly at the hotel upon arrival.

• Cancellation: Cancellations up to 24 hours before the day of arrival are free of charge. For subsequent cancellations or for not going to the hotel, the charge corresponding to 100% of the total reservation will be made.

• Force majeure: In case of force majeure, cancellation fees will not be applied

General conditions

The reservation is personal and non-transferable. With prior notice, the hotel reserves the right to modify the payment conditions and the cancellation policy if the reservation exceeds 7 nights or is made for a period of high demand or fair.
